PhD in Pharmacy Practice (Nottingham and Malaysia Campuses, Tuition Fee Scholarship Available)
The School of Pharmacy is keen to attract a very high calibre MPharm graduate to study for a PhD in Pharmacy Practice at its campuses in Nottingham and Malaysia. There may be an opportunity to apply for a subsequent academic position at the Malaysia Campus on completion of your PhD studies.
The scholarship will cover tuition fees for a home, EU or international student for three years of study. Two years will be spent at the University’s Campus in Malaysia (www.nottingham.edu.my) and one year will be spent at the University’s UK Campus in Nottingham (www.nottingham.ac.uk). The timing of the UK period of study will be agreed with the successful candidate.
Your PhD will be supervised by academic staff in the School of Pharmacy at both campuses, and you will also be provided with an extensive programme of generic skills training via the University of Nottingham’s Graduate School in both Malaysia and Nottingham.
You must have an upper second or first class degree in Pharmacy to be eligible to apply, and you will need to be able to cover your accommodation and living expenses for all three years of the programme.
