NUBS Malaysia academic delivers workshops on strategic consumer service experience for KWAP and JPA

Dr Dilip Mutum, Senior University Teaching Fellow of Marketing at Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) Malaysia, was a speaker and facilitator at a series of workshops for the Malaysian Retirement Fund Incorporated (Kumpulan Wang Persaraan - KWAP), and the Public Service Department of Malaysia (Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia - JPA).

The series of three workshops, which were held at the JPA's offices at Putrajaya on 11 September, 6 October and 17 December 2015. The workshops dealt with various facets of Strategic Consumer Service Experience; the first was entitled 'Customer Experience Framework: Service Strategy & Concepts', followed by 'Service Strategy and Consumer Experience Roadmap', and the final workshop was on New Service Development. The sessions were co-facilitated by Dr Azni Zarina Taha from the Department of Business Strategy and Policy, Faculty of Business and Accountancy, University of Malaya.

Dr Dilip Mutum is Senior University Teaching Fellow of Marketing at NUBS Malaysia, the Divisional Research Director of the Leadership, Management and Marketing academic division, and the Principal Mentor of the School's Student Competition Mentoring Group (Mentors+). He has a PhD in Marketing from the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK). His research interests include digital consumption, social networking, customer relationship management, and social marketing. His primary expertise lies in search engine optimisation and social media marketing. Dilip's teaching interests include digital marketing, strategic marketing management and contemporary issues in marketing.
