Biography

Dr Mohammad Rizal Salim researches on the regulation of corporations, with focus on comparative corporate governance and the intersection of regulation and the markets. Dr Rizal sits as a member of editorial board committee/subject editor of The Malaysian and Comparative Law Journal and All Malaysia Commercial Reports and has served as a committee member at the Malaysian stock exchange. A corporate lawyer prior to the academia, Dr Rizal serves as Divisional Director for Accounting, Finance and Law, and legal advisor of NUBS.
