Course overview
This MSc is designed to provide instruction and training in the most recent developments in the areas of technology covering electronic, communications and computer engineering. The course aims to provide students with advanced and comprehensive coverage of specialist skills required by an engineer working in electronic instrumentation, telecommunications (both wireless and wired), as well as hardware and software aspects of computer engineering.
The programme also provides an excellent basis for engineers wishing to update their knowledge, or students who wish to go on to do research, or for first degree students wishing to enhance their training.

Program structure
The programme is operated on a modular basis and consists of two semesters during which students follow a series of taught modules (120 credits), followed by a research project (60 credits) undertaken during the summer period. You will be taught using the latest advances in teaching methods and electronic resources.
