The Centre for Food & Bio-product Processing| will be hosting the 2nd International Symposium on Processing and Drying of Foods, Vegetables and Fruits from June 18-19, 2012.
Participants are invited to submit original research papers in their area of specialisation but not limited to the listed topics (see below). Oral and poster presentations will be arranged according to the preference of author. The deadline for submission is April 18th 2012.
