Since the establishment of the Pharmacy course at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus the School has hosted annual gatherings open to all Nottingham Pharmacy Alumni and their families.

The inaugural Nottingham Pharmacy Alumni event, hosted by Head of School Prof. Saul Tendler, was held at the University’s Kuala Lumpur Teaching Centre in May 2006. A total of 15 Nottingham Pharmacy graduates and guests attended the event along with staff from both the UK and Malaysia Campuses. This number had risen to 29 guests by the time the second meeting was held in March 2007.

The Nottingham Pharmacy Alumni meetings have the twin aims of providing graduates with the opportunity of seeing how their School of Pharmacy is advancing research and teaching in the 21st Century and also to promote communication between alumni and current staff and students at the School of Pharmacy.
