Michael Mustafa studied economics at the Australian National University, specializing in international and development economics, and received a Masters of Science in Management Psychology and a Phd in Applied Psychology at the University of Nottingham. His current research interests include HRD in family firms and employee entrepreneurialism in emerging economy firms. Mike also services as Editor of Entrepreneurship Research Journal and as an Associate Editor of Journal of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies
