I am delighted to welcome you to the homepage of the Centre for Academic Partnerships and Engagement (CAPE), University of Nottingham Malaysia. CAPE is the central unit for the coordination of all off-campus award-bearing partnerships and engagement. Working with a variety of regional and global partners, we create bespoke solutions through an in-depth training needs analysis and deliver the programme/s leading to a University of Nottingham award.
We pride ourselves with the achievements of our recent partnerships and projects with various governments and reputable institutions such as the World Bank, which has espoused our expertise in the development and delivery of training programmes. Our dedicated team of international academics possess a wide range of high-level qualifications and, between them, many years of relevant experience gained in both scholarly and professional environments. As well as teaching and consultancy, all are active researchers and, as a result, can boast an impressive catalogue of publications. Research carried out by our team is often at the forefront of their respective specialisations.
Our academics are supported by a team of dedicated executive staff, who share the common passion, that forms the ethos of CAPE – the advancement of education through mutually beneficially and capacity building partnerships.
As a strong advocate of trans-national educational initiatives, I believe that only through cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships can the sharing of knowledge and skills across borders be meaningful, particularly in an increasingly interconnected world. Progress should not stop at a line on a map, and we at CAPE are committed to ensuring that it does not!
It is equally our hope that you will join us in our effort to establish meaningful learning collaborations across institutions globally with a focus on capacity building.
