When and how will I be able to do my registration?
Online registration will start from the beginning of September and this must be completed within two weeks of your course start date. You will receive an email before the start of the academic year to your university email account informing you when and how to engage with the process. More information is available here.

Please note that students progressing from one level of study to another (e.g. foundation to undergraduate) are considered NEW students and will need to complete the new students’ registration process.
I am currently in my home country. Will I be able to enter Malaysia to start my studies on-campus?
Yes, existing international students with a valid Student Pass or Student Pass that had expired from 1 February 2020 onwards, including students that have previously received the Travel Authorisation approval (via EMGS) from the Immigration Department of Malaysia, may re-enter Malaysia.
If you are a citizen or traveller from any of the 23 countries with entry restrictions imposed by the Government of Malaysia you should not proceed to enter Malaysia, even if you are an existing student and/or have previously received a Travel Authorisation from Immigration.
If you fall under the above-mentioned category of student eligible and intend to enter Malaysia, you will need to strictly follow the relevant procedures laid out by the Malaysian Government prior to your entry (Pre-Arrival Process) and after you have entered Malaysia (Post-arrival and quarantine process). Please refer here for the all guidelines and steps that you must follow in order to be able to return to campus.

How will my studies continue if I cannot attend face-to-face classes on-campus?
Students who are unable to be physically present on campus for face-to-face classes for any reason, will be able to continue their studies fully online this semester. Students intending to continue with online studies will need to notify the University of their intention by contacting their respective faculty office.
May I come and use on-campus university facilities/services even though I do not have face-to-face classes scheduled?
Students are not encouraged to come on-campus unless they need to. Due to social distancing requirements, the on-campus facilities capacity will not be sufficient to accommodate all students at the same time. Therefore, students are advised to keep their on-campus presence for the weeks that they have face-to-face lectures on campus.
