Description

It is a fortnightly event where ALL students and lecturers come together after reading a presenter-selected research paper and discuss in a relaxed, friendly, and supportive environment. The name alternative springs from the aim, which is exactly to exchange knowledge about research that is not necessarily within our own area of expertise. PhD students have the chance to present their design ideas or preliminary data before attending international conferences or annual reviews.
