If you are receiving partial or full sponsorship from sponsors or any agencies, please email your scholarship letters to email@example.com. Sponsorship Unit will contact your sponsor to verify your sponsorship status and will liaise with Finance Office for invoice related matters.
Payment of Tuition Fee
If you are receiving partial scholarship either from the University or sponsor, you are required to settle the remaining tuition fee as per Finance Office guidelines. Please refer to the following link on payment information:

Payment of Tuition Fee by EPF Withdrawal
Students or parents may pay the tuition fee using EPF withdrawal. However as per EPF policy, withdrawal is for our undergraduate and postgraduate courses only. Kindly refer to the link below on EPF withdrawal requirements:
EPF withdrawal requirements
One of the supporting documents needed for EPF withdrawal is a confirmation letter of student status from University. Documents will be issued prior registration, or making payment of RM4,000 (RM1,000 acceptance fee plus additional RM3,000) and submission of EPF statement to the University. As EPF requires original documents and our staff are currently working from home during RMCO, documents can only be issued after RMCO is lifted . Kindly discuss with Finance Office on your payment arrangements.
