Description

FASS-Event-GLaSC

The
Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (FASS),University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus is pleased to invite you to an event organised by the Delegation of the European Union to Malaysia in hosting Mr Toshi Kazama, a New York-based photographer and activist showcasing his artistic presentation on the reality of the death penalty.

Capital punishment has been abolished in many parts of the world and yet remains in place in many other countries (countries as diverse at the USA and North Korea for example). The topic is one that gives rise to very strong opinions both for and against. This event is an opportunity to hear about this controversial issue from one perspective – the perspective of those who oppose capital punishment.
