Biography
Lina Guo is currently an Assistant Professor at School of Education. Before joining Nottingham University, Lina had been studying, researching and teaching at Waikato University and Victoria university of Wellington in New Zealand for 6 years. Her specialization lies in leveraging Digital technology to enhance learning, teaching, and school management at both school and tertiary levels. She holds an MA in Educational Technology and a PhD of Education from Waikato university, NZ. Lina possesses extensive experience conducting empirical research in various classroom settings, with a particular expertise in digital technology and second language acquisition. she also passionate about fostering the cognitive and meta-cognitive development of learners aiming to cultivate lifelong learning skills both for teachers and students. She possesses significant publications in influential journals such as Asia Pacific Journal of Teacher Education ( Q1), Asia Pacific Education Review (Q1), and others.
