Under this MoA, UNM and MAICSA will collaborate on various initiatives aimed at empowering professionals. One of the key highlights of this collaboration is a series of training organised by UNM specifically tailored for MAICSA members and non-members. These trainings will focus on enhancing critical thinking, continuous improvement, employee resilience, and well-being development, along with honing problem-solving skills. This strategic alliance aims to equip individuals with the necessary tools and competencies to thrive in today's dynamic and competitive business environment.

This MoA not only underscores our commitment to fostering academic excellence but also highlights our dedication to fostering living partnerships between academia and industry.
