Possible NUsearch display issues following introduction of new interface

NUsearch will be upgraded with a brand new interface on Thursday, 10th August 2017If you experience any problems viewing the new intereface you may need to follow these steps to clear out your browser:

Internet Explorer 8 & above
1. Go to the gear icon and select 'Internet Options'.
2. In the 'General' tab, under 'Browsing history', click 'Delete'.
3. Ensure that 'Temporary Internet Files' and 'History' are ticked (you also have the option to choose to delete other details at this point, tick any you wish to delete but please read the information in IE carefully before doing so).
4. Click 'Delete'.

In Firefox
1. Open the settings menu (the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the window).
2. Click 'Options'.
3. Click on 'Advanced'.
4. On the 'Network tab, under 'Cached Web Content' click 'Clear Now'.

In Safari
1. Go to the gear icon and select 'Preferences'.
2. Select the 'Privacy' tab.
3. Click 'Remove All Website Data'.
4. Click 'Remove Now'.

In Google Chrome
1. Open the settings menu (the three horizontal lines in the top right hand corner of the window).
2. Select 'Settings'.
3. On the left hand side click 'History'.
4. Click 'Clear browsing data'.
5. Change the 'Obliterate the following Items from:' field to 'the beginning of time'.
6. Amend the options (as long as the 'Cached images and files' is left ticked) as required and click 'Clear browsing data'.

Clearing your browser, closing all of your browser windows and then restarting a new browser session should ensure that you can view the new interface.
