Nottingham ePrints and Nottingham Research Data Management repository to be combined on new platform

Nottingham ePrints and Nottingham Research Data Management repository to become read-only from 19 January 2026 ahead of new platform launch on 23 February 2026.

A new University of Nottingham repository for theses, dissertations and research data will launch on 23 February 2026, combining the existing Nottingham ePrints and Nottingham Research Data Management (RDMC) repositories.  

The new service will be more robust and secure and will provide an improved user experience. 

All content from the existing services will be migrated, and existing links to content will be maintained. 

To prepare for the launch, both Nottingham ePrints and Nottingham Research Data Management repository will become read-only from 19 January 2026. All content will remain available; however, no new thesis or research data deposits will be accepted during this period. Depositing will resume with the launch of the combined University of Nottingham Repository on 23 February 2026.
