Student Registry Office

The Student Registry Office oversees administrative matters that concern students, including:

  • issuing letters
  • processing withdrawal & suspension applications
  • producing official transcripts & certificates
  • maintaining the student records database
  • updating student details
  • setting the academic calendar
  • managing & updating course information

Quality Manual

The Quality Manual determines a great deal of the policy and procedure within the Registry Office.

This document is the University’s central source of information relating to policies and procedures and is relevant to both staff and students.

You may also visit the Student Registry Office which is located on the First Floor, Block A (Administration Building). Our office is open from 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday - Friday.
