Biography

Siti Khadijah or her author name 'Badri, S.K.Z' is an associate professor in the Division of Applied Psychology, The University of Nottingham, Malaysia Campus. She joined the team since September 2016. Siti obtained both of her Doctor Philosophy (PhD) and degree (Pyschology) from the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor. She currently serves as ethics chair for Faculty of Arts and Social Science (FASS) as well as Director of Research and Senior Tutor for the division.

Expertise Summary

Her current research area is on topics related to health or well-being and occupational and public health. Siti is interested in variety of issues including mental health of workers especially younger workforce, work-life balance and its implication towards worker's productivity and health, wellbeing at work as well as the role of spirituality in the workplace.

Teaching Summary

Siti has acted as module conveners for various modules across the different foundation, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. The list of module she teaches are as below;

Future Research

In the future, Siti aims to establish a wider understanding on health and wellbeing as well as issues on work-life balance among a wider context in Malaysia. She aspire to develop a greater understanding on issues revolving around health, well-being and work-life balance topics across different generation and occupation.
