Current Research

As the world population grows, there's an urgent need for sustainable innovation to increase food production and ensure global food security. My research focuses on harnessing the diverse functionalities of microbes to improve food production systems. This approach offers a sustainable solution to address future climate challenges while maintaining environmental health and meeting consumer demand for chemical-free food.
