Bytedance, the parent company of TikTok, Douyin, and Toutiao, has become a major player in the social media and entertainment industries, with innovative monetisation strategies that have driven its success. In this talk, I will explore the various ways that Bytedance generates revenue, including through advertising, e-commerce, and live streaming. I will also examine the challenges that the company faces in maintaining its position in a highly competitive digital marketplace.
