Description
Business schools have the responsibility to educate students and work with the business community to promote sustainable business practices that contribute towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

We are happy to announce that UN Global Compact Network Malaysia and Brunei, in partnership with NUBS Malaysia (a UN Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Champion School), is organising a forum during #SDGAmbitionMonth on relationships between business schools and industry in promoting sustainability and the UN SDGs.

The forum, to be held on 3 November 2021 (Wednesday), will cover topics including:
  • How Malaysian business schools can work with industries to promote the SDGs, and
  • Blueprint for SDG integration into curriculum and research

Key speakers and panelists include Dean of NUBS Malaysia, Dr Lau Chee Kwong; NUBS Malaysia Director of Research, Dr Mohan Avvari; and Deputy Dean of Nottingham University Business School UK, Professor Sally Hibbert.
