As we enter 2021, our assumptions about leadership have been overturned.
- Assumptions about globalisation have been reversed due to politics and disease.
- Digital working has moved from optional to essential in organisations.
- Climate change and social responsibility remain massive underlying challenges.
- Speed of response is a matter of organisational life and death.
This webinar is hosted jointly by Nottingham University Business School's UK, Malaysia and China Executive Education teams and will explore the challenges facing leaders and decision makers who need to manage operations in ever more challenging times while building organisations which will be resilient, sustainable and responsible.
We have invited senior business speakers from global organisations as well as government representatives who will give their insights and share their experiences with an international audience on global leadership.
