Business School hosts visitors from the Royal University of Bhutan

Visitors from the Royal University of Bhutan

Nottingham University Business School (NUBS) Malaysia recently hosted visitors from the Office of the Vice Chancellor of the Royal University of Bhutan (RUB). The visit, held from 20-24 February 2017, was part of the Royal University of Bhutan's Southeast Asian study tour programme on 'Issues and Challenges in Managing Universities'.

Dr Samdrup Rigyal, Director, Planning and Resources; Mr Yangka, Director General, Academic Affairs; and Dr Phanchung, Director General, Research and International Relationships; were hosted by NUBS Malaysia's Dr Mohan V Avvari, Deputy Dean (Business Engagement & External Relations) and Dr Eunice Lim, Director of Executive Education, and Ms Sugu Vijayaratnam, Director of the Foundation in Business and Management Programme. They also met with senior academicians at NUBS Malaysia and senior leaders at The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UNMC), on matters related to teaching and research within the UNMC and Malaysian higher education context.

"We hope our guests had a fruitful visit to Malaysia, and we look forward to developing linkages between our organisations in the future," says Dr Mohan Avvari.
