Business School undergraduate students attended a workshop on Design Thinking methods conducted by IBM Malaysia, on 17 December 2018 at the offices of IBM. Design thinking, an approach for practical and solution-based problem-solving, is associated with the fostering of innovation and creative confidence in business students and practitioners.
