We are proud of the achievement by one of our part-time MBA students at Nottingham University Business School Malaysia, who recently received an industry award in recognition of her work in the area of human capital development.
Rebecca Khor Ying Ying, who is Director, Head of Human Resources at BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad, received the 'Malaysia Most Fabulous HR Leader 2019' award on 24 April 2019 at the 14th Employer Branding Awards hosted by Employer Branding Institute and the World HRD Congress, at the Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur.
The Award, which is endorsed by CHRO Asia, the World Federation of Human Resources Professionals and the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management, recognises Rebecca's contributions throughout the course of her career in driving organisational culture change programmes and investing in talent development and employee engagement initiatives, amongst other initiatives.
