The School is pleased to announce that Mandy Sim Siew Chen has passed her PhD viva voce examination held on 6 December 2019, with minor corrections.Her thesis, 'The moderating effect of partnership quality on the service quality-satisfaction-loyalty framework', was supervised by Associate Professor Dr Maniam Kaliannan and Associate Professor Dr Avvari Visveswara Mohan.
The Internal Examiner was Associate Professor Dr Dilip S. Mutum, and the External Examiner was Professor Dr Salina Binti Daud, Department of Management and Human Resources, College of Business Management and Accounting, University Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Campus, Pahang.
