Dr Tang Kin Boon teaches a variety of finance modules for both postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. His areas of teaching include investments, financial risk management and international finance. Dr Tang's research interests are in the field of derivative markets, financial economics, quantitative economics and international finance. His most recent research inquiries involve a comprehensive analysis of investors' distinct risk averse behaviour towards investment decision and optimal futures hedging strategy. He authored and co-authored several research papers that were published in leading academic journals such as Economic Modelling, Journal of Asset Management, Journal of the Asia Pacific Economy, and Journal of Financial Services Marketing, among others.
