Biography

Dr Mohammad Rizal Salim research focus is on corporate regulation, with a keen interest of comparative corporate governance, in particular the intersection of the law and the markets. He has written extensively on these issues. Dr Rizal sits as a member of editorial board committee/subject editor of The Malaysian and Comparative Law Journal and All Malaysia Commercial Reports and has served as a committee member at the Malaysian stock exchange. A corporate lawyer prior to joining the academia, Dr Rizal is currently Associate Professor of Law at the Business School, The University of Nottingham Malaysia. As part of administration duties at NUBS, he currently serves as the Director for the Accounting, Finance and Law Division and acts as the Legal Advisor of the School.
