In the past I have done community organising and research on voluntary basis for urban poor, especially on housing issues. Currently I am assist on a voluntary basis on developmental issues for destitute children in a home.

I have taught in the past various modules under Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management subject group. Also I am teaching modules integrating sociology into management and economy such as Economy & Society, and Managing in Asia. Currently I have embarked on teaching strategy oriented subjects such Approaches To Environment Management and Sustainable Decisions and Organizations.

Current Research

I am currently engaged in research on Responsible Business Practices (specifically on sustainability) and Interdisciplinary research on Elephant Conservation in Peninsular Malaysia. I am a co-investigator for MEME (Management and Ecology of Malaysian Elephants)
