Current Research
My current research focuses primarily on the psychological and educational implications of generative artificial intelligence. I am examining how people use and interact with AI, how AI changes learning and knowledge practices, and how factors such as agency, trust, attitudes, self-efficacy and psychological ownership shape human-AI interaction.
A related strand of my work investigates AI-assisted creation and authorship, including when individuals perceive AI-supported outputs as their own, how responsibility is attributed within human-AI co-creation, and how these perceptions relate to ethical decision-making and academic practice.
I also conduct research on immersive virtual environments and environmental psychology, including the use of virtual reality to develop psychological ownership and connection to nature.
