Library Faculty teams

The Reference & User Education staff are available to advise staff and students on the availability of resources and information retrieval tools. We can also help to promote materials to support teaching through the online reading lists, and introduce users the right techniques in accessing the library collection, eBooks and journal articles.

We liaise closely with academic departments to develop relevant collections according to the guidelines of the collection policies, and to deliver information skills training in an effort to enhance information literacy.

We have expertise in the use of bibliographic management systems, finding information and other literature search techniques to support the research process.
