Alumni Laureate Awards (ALA)
Do you know of an alumni who has achieved excellence in their chosen field, or made an outstanding contributions to society? We are calling for nominations of UNM Alumni Laureate Awards. The four award categories are:
- UNM Alumni of the Year - Alumni who has shown exceptional leadership qualities, provided service to the community through volunteering and careers advice, or excelled in business initiatives.
- Recent Graduate Award - Alumni who has graduated since 2009 and excelled in their chosen field, made an outstanding contributions to society or shown exceptional commitment and enthusiasm towards particular projects and causes.
- Special Excellence Award - In recognition of sporting achievements, exceptional international or national work, advancement in equality and diversity, contribution to arts and culture, or contribution to local community.
- Lifetime Achievement Award - Alumni who has demonstrated special excellence over an extended period of time.
Nominations are confidential and will not be shared with the nominees or other UNM staff members.
