Leadership Practices for High-Performing Schools

The programme

The Leadership Practices for High-Performing Schools programme is for school principals and those identified as part of the school’s succession plan with significant responsibility for strategic decision-making. The programme is also beneficial for teachers who wish to sharpen their leadership skills and are keen to bring change to their classrooms and engage strategies to overcome the challenges of an ever-changing educational landscape.

Learning outcomes 

Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be able to: 

  • develop your leadership potential 
  • learn to lead effectively
  • take your leadership and management skills to a higher level 
  • make your organisation a vibrant place to work 
  • be the change agent
