To help you settle in and feel supported, we’ve planned a series of engaging IT Induction activities designed to introduce you to the digital tools, services, and spaces that will support your academic success.
IT Tours – Explore Your Digital Campus
Join us for guided tours of our IT labs (TCRs), where you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at the full range of technology and services available to you. These tours are the perfect way to get familiar with our systems, ask questions, and gain confidence using university IT resources right from the start of your journey.

Bring your laptop, tablet, or phone – and we’ll walk you through essential setups using a handy checklist. From connecting to Wi-Fi to accessing course platforms, we’ve got you covered.

IT Service Desk PLUS Booths – Tech Support Where You Are
We’re making IT support more accessible than ever with our IT Service Desk PLUS booths, located at Learning@The Core and the Library Main Entrance—right where student foot traffic is highest.
Whether it’s Wi-Fi issues, device troubleshooting, or software updates, our IT Student Helpers are ready to assist you and your fellow students with quick, on-the-spot support.
For more complex issues, they’ll escalate your case via Microsoft Teams to our main IT Service Desk team—keeping everything running smoothly.
