Ms Sugunamalar Vijayaratnam started teaching in private universities in 1989 and has been teaching in the Malaysia Campus since 2002. Initially she worked in the English department and later transferred to the Foundation Business and Management Division in the Business school. She has been teaching in the Foundation Division since 2009. She has taught a variety of business management and social science modules. In addition to that she has also developed a vital critical thinking course specifically tailored for the business and management foundation students. This module covers logic, persuasion and study skills in the context of business to prepare students for undergraduate studies. It will provide the skills necessary for more critical approach to study and also develop the skills required to tackle written examination and coursework.
