University accommodation

Safe and hassle-free

We want your time with us to be as enjoyable as possible and we want to make sure that you're taken care of. The two options currently available are:

  • on-campus, within walking distance of campus facilities
  • off-campus, with free shuttle bus service

On campus accommodation

Our on-campus Halls of Residences| feature a variety of room types with prices and facilities to match, ranging from single en-suite bathrooms to quads for four.

Off campus accommodation

These are privately-owned|, comprising primarily of premium apartments and individual rooms in houses.

While the University will assist in initiating contact, it is ultimately a contract between the student and the landlord/operator.



Applying for accommodation 

When to apply

You may submit the accommodation| application when you submit your course application. Progressing and continuing students are encourage to apply before the end of the semester or academic year.


You are advised to apply for accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we allocate rooms on a "First Come First Served" basis.

No increase the room rental since Sept 2013. Room rental for year 2016 will remain unchanged.
