Living On Campus
The University offer various room types within our 11 Halls of Residence ,totaling about 2,400 beds, to suit your budget. They range from single ensuite, twin shared to four shared rooms with or without air-conditioning. All these Halls are within easy walking distance to the academic buildings, and on-campus conveniences for retail, Food & Beverages plus indoor & outdoor sports and leisure facilities. Each Hall has it's own Hall Warden and Hall Tutors who will be available to care for your safety and welfare.
Each Hall offers fully-furnished bedrooms with internet connection. Every floor is allocated a pantry-area where light cooking is allowed. Each room in Student Village North (J Halls) has it's own mini refrigerator while Student Village South (I Halls) rooms share refrigerators in the Pantry Lounge of each floor.
There are also free room cleaning services (upon request) in the presence of the Resident. Residents may use the coin-operated laundry facilities at their own expenses, available in both Student Villages North and South.
Rooms And Rentals
Rentals are inclusive of water, electricity and wifi. For rooms with air-conditioning, there is a separate meter reading for air-conditioning usage. Meter reading will be taken on a monthly basis and chargeable to the Resident on a quarterly basis.

Only light cooking and heating up of food and drinks are allowed at the designated pantry area on every floor. Residents are advised to bring their own utensils, cutlery and crockery. Only halal food are allow to be consumed and stored in the pantry. We have on-campus F&B outlets, some of which operate 24x7 besides vending machines.
For new applicants, you can submit your Accommodation Application after you have obtained your Student ID when you have submitted your Course Application. Progressing and Continuing students are encourage to apply before the end of the semester or academic year. You are advised to apply for accommodation as early as possible to avoid disappointment as we allocate rooms on a “First Apply First Accepted with Payment” basis.
Progressing and Continuing Residents have option to request for the same room in the new semester/year.
Please note that we do not guarantee the availability of your preferred room-type. Your chances are greater the earlier you apply, accept and pay for your preferred room.
