Customer Relationship Management

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is managed by Corporate Marketing to capture interaction with prospective students who has keyed in their personal data via enquiry forms on an open day, exhibitions, walk–in enquiries, phone-in enquiries and email enquiries. It is also used to track the enquiries statistic and send html emails to potential students.
