Student Services Centre

The Student Services Centre is a central point for various student services at the University of Nottingham Malaysia. The centre provides support and essential services for all students of the University. If you need any asistance with any related matters, we will always be happy to help.

The centre is located at HB13, Block H, Student Association building. Our counter Operating hours are from 9.30am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday

Finance Office

Any payments ( tuition and accomodation fees,fine,rental, reprint official documents, etc.)

Accommodation

Any queries pertaining to On-campus accommodation 

Visa 

Any queries related to Student visa ( new application, progression, renewal, etc.)

Student Registry 
  • Issuing letters and Academic transcript 
  • Producing (reprint) Graduation Certificate and Official transcripts (fees may apply)
  • Updating students details
  • Verification and certification of student documents (original copy must be sighted by staff at the counter)

Sponsorship 
  • PTPTN applications and queries
  • EPF withdrawal
  • Sponsored students, e.g MARA and external sponsors
  • Insurance (for local students only)
  • Internal scholarships (Dean Excellent Award, High Achievers, Sibling Scholarships
