How to Get Started

  1. Visit supporthub.nottingham.edu.my or install the FreshService app and enter: supporthub.nottingham.edu.my 
  2. Sign in with your UNM student email (SSO) 
  3. Browse Help Articles, select Request a Service to submit a request or Report an Issue
