Amenities

Nottingham's emphasis on sporting excellence can be seen throughout the university.

The Sports Centre offers numerous sports amenities:

  • two squash courts
  • badminton hall with two courts
  • sports hall with 6 badminton courts, two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, netball court & futsal court
  • gymnasium with treadmills, rowing machine, bikes etc.
  • two outdoor tennis courts
  • outdoor multipurpose court with basketball, volleyball & futsal
  • outdoor multipurpose Bermuda field with two football field, rugby & cricket pitch
  • Martial Arts Room 
  • 3G pitch 
  • punching bag

Operating hours

  • 9 am - 10:30 pm (during semester break)
  • 7:30 am -10:30 pm (during semester )
  • Closed on Sunday and public holiday

Terms

The use of the sports amenities is free of charge and is available to all staff and students. 

All activities  should be pre-booked via the sports centre online booking.

  • proper sports attire & footwear are required at all times
  • all users must present valid identification at all times & register at the Sports Complex counter before using the facilities
  • no smoking /vaping within the vicinity of Sports Complex
