We are aware of unauthorised parties issuing fake job offers and advertising our vacancies on suspicious recruitment websites while falsely claiming to represent the University of Nottingham Malaysia (UNM). The University does not require any payment, subscription, or membership fees at any stage of the recruitment process.

Candidates are advised to verify all job postings through the University’s official website, which is the primary and most reliable source for vacancy information and application procedures, before proceeding with any application. All legitimate offers of employment will only be issued by the University’s Human Resources Department, authorised personnel, or appointed recruitment agencies.
