Overview

The International Food Systems Summit 2027 (IFSS2027) is a global platform dedicated to reimagining the future of sustainable and resilient food systems through the Food–Water–Energy–Health (FEWH) nexus.

Designed to inspire meaningful dialogue and collective action, the summit brings together leading researchers, policymakers, industry experts, civil society organisations, and youth voices from around the world. At its core, IFSS2027 explores food security as a critical driver of environmental resilience, human health, and sustainable development.

Through a transdisciplinary and systems-thinking approach, the summit will connect agriculture, nutrition, public health, technology, and policy. It will showcase innovative solutions and collaborative strategies to transform global food systems. These discussions directly support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including Goals 2, 3, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 17.
