- Please email us to obtain invoice before payment.
- Proceed to make payment using option 1 or 2 when invoice is received.
- Email us your proof of payment.
- A receipt will be issued after we have verified the payment.
- No refund of payment if no show.

Notes:
- All fees include SST, lunch and tea breaks for 7–8 April 2026.
- Registration fee for participation WITH presentation includes the publication fee for one (1) paper.
- Paper-only submission does not include conference attendance, meals, or gala dinner.
- Authors may submit a maximum of two (2) papers; the second paper will incur an additional fee charged under “Additional Presentation / Second Paper”.
- Poster presenters must print and prepare their own posters according to the dimensions specified by the organisers.
- The organisers will not provide poster printing services.
- Accommodation and transportation are not included in the registration fees.
